PROFESSIONAL FEES start at €1,250 plus VAT
EXPECTED OUTLAYS
Registration fees: €400.00 – €800.00 (depending on value of property)
Registration fees: €175.00 (if you are getting a mortgage)
Copy Folio & File Plan: €40.00
Search fees: €61.50 (Dublin Property)* can vay upwards depending on title
Commissioner for Oaths: between €10.00 & €24.00
Stamp Duty 1% purchase price
Miscellaneous Fee: €100 plus VAT @ 23% (postage, phones, faxes, couriers and photocopying)

Selling a residential property

Fee to take up title deeds: varies with financial institution (Nil to €73.00)
Commissioner for Oaths: generally less than €50.00
Miscellaneous Fee: €100 plus VAT @ 23%: €23 (postage, phones, faxes, couriers and photocopying)

* The professional fee quoted is for routine conveyances. Non-routine conveyances for e.g. buying from a Receiver or a Bank or any application for First Registration in the Land Registry may attract higher fees depending on the level of work involved.
